CLASS LEVELS
We offer several different levels to suit your body and experience on a range of Pilates equipment including Reformers, Towers, Chairs, Barrels and Small props. Group Classes are for those that are generally healthy and are aware of any modifications needed to perform the Pilates technique safely. Classes are not designed as rehab and are not appropriate for pregnant clients. 3 private sessions are a pre-requisite to get started. We limit our classes to 6 participants max, so you can be sure you are progressing safely and effectively.

LEVEL 1
BEGINNERS
For new clients to the studio. Learn the fundamental priniciples and exercises that make up the method.

LEVEL 1/2
STRONG BEGINNER
For Beginners that want to advance their technique, but still work at a slower pace and to build up strength for level 2 classes.

LEVEL 2
INTERMEDIATE
For Intermediate level clients that want more challenge and to create flow and progression in their Pilates practice.

LEVEL 2/3
STRONG INTERMEDIATE
For those that have built a consistent Pilates practice and want to eventually progress their technique to an advanced level.

LEVEL 3
ADVANCED
For those that have been practicing Pilates for a minimum of 2 years, and want an athletic class that challenges the mind and body to its ultimate goal: control and precision.
