OPEN STUDIO TIMES

 

IF YOU ARE AN EXPERIENCED CLIENT AT THE STUDIO AND WOULD LIKE TO ADD MORE PILATES TO YOUR WEEK, BUT CAN’T MAKE IT TO ANOTHER CLASS TIME, WE HAVE CREATED THE OPEN STUDIO WORKOUT FOR YOU TO GET MORE PILATES INTO YOUR WEEK (YOUR BODY WILL THANK YOU!)

WHAT IS IT?


THE OPEN STUDIO WORKOUT IS AN UNGUIDED WORKOUT, WHERE YOU BOOK A TIME TO COME IN TO DO YOUR OWN BESPOKE PROGRAM AT A TIME SUITABLE TO YOU, WE WILL BE IN THE STUDIO WORKING WITH OTHER PRIVATE CLIENTS WHILE YOU WORKOUT BY YOURSELF. YOUR PROGRAM IS BASED ON THE EXERCISES YOU ARE ALREADY FAMILIAR WITH IN YOUR CURRENT SESSIONS, SO YOU WILL FEEL CONFIDENT TO WORK ON YOUR PROGRAM WITHOUT DIRECT SUPERVISION.

IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE, YOU MUST HAVE COMPLETED A MINIMUM OF 30 SESSIONS, EITHER PRIVATES OR CLASSES. YOU WILL ALSO NEED TO BOOK A PRIVATE SESSION TO GO THROUGH YOUR PROGRAM AND COMPLETE A SAFETY INDUCTION TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE WORKING OUT SAFELY ON THE EQUIPMENT.

THE OPEN WORKOUTS ARE DESIGNED TO COMPLEMENT YOUR CURRENT CLASSES AT THE STUDIO, SO IT IS REQUIRED THAT YOU MAINTAIN YOUR WEEKLY SESSIONS TO BE ELIGIBLE.

COST OF A 10 PACK IS $250, 12 WEEK EXPIRY.

SESSIONS CAN BE BOOKED VIA THE MBO APP OR IN STUDIO/VIA EMAIL.

A PRIVATE SESSION IS TO BE BOOKED TO GO THROUGH YOUR PROGRAM AND SAFETY INDUCTION.
SESSIONS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE - WE CANNOT TRANSFER MISSED CLASSES TO OPEN WORKOUTS

GUIDED EXERCISES - VIDEO

 

KNOWLEDGE IS POWER AND AT THE PILATES STUDIO BLACKWOOD, WE WANT TO SHARE OUR PASSION OF AUTHENTIC PILATES WITH EVERYONE! ⠀

EVERY WEEK WE WILL BE RELEASING A NEW VIDEO ON OUR SOCIAL CHANNELS (INSTAGRAM AND FACEBOOK) DEMONSTRATING AN AUTHENTIC PILATES EXERCISE, AIMED TO HELP YOU TO UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE OF EACH MOVEMENT AND HOW IT BENEFITS YOU.⠀

WE WILL COVER ALL ELEMENTS OF AUTHENTIC PILATES, FROM THE REFORMER TO THE TOWER, CHAIR AND OTHER SMALL EQUIPMENT.⠀

EXERCISES WILL EXPLORE THE VARIOUS DIFFICULTY LEVELS TO HELP YOU UNDERSTAND THE JOURNEY WE GO ON WITH EVERY ONE OF OUR CLIENTS AS THEY PROGRESS THROUGH THE LEVELS.⠀
