PRIVATE AND DUO SESSIONS
We offer both Private Sessions and Duo Sessions
All clients start with a minimum of 3 private sessions in our INTRO OFFER
From there you can continue to work one-on-one with your teacher or progress to Group Equipment Classes.
Private Sessions are perfect if you enjoy personalised attention, are recovering from an injury or have limitations that would prevent you from safely working out in a group Class. It is also a great way to brush up on your technique or advance your practice by periodically booking in sessions as needed.
Duo sessions are a fun way to work out with a friend or family member. Duos are best suited to those of similar levels of fitness.
