In this 4 week series, you'll learn the fundamentals of the Classical Pilates technique, using a range of equipment such as the Reformer, Tower, Mat, Chair and Barrels.
You'll feel taller, stronger and more relaxed. Our classes are small and personalised and offer a great introduction to real Pilates.

This class is suitable for uninjured clients only. If you are injured, are pregnant, consider our other Intro offers that start with Private sessions.
