Pilates for Teens

Are you looking for a way to help your teen get active, improve their posture, and boost their confidence? Then Pilates might just be the answer!

Why Pilates for Your Teen?

  • Build their Strength: Pilates focuses on the core muscles of the body, helping teens get stronger in a safe way with controlled movements and supportive equipment

  • Improve their Posture: Our classes teach how your teens how to stand, move and ‘be in the world’ with better posture and more presence.

  • Boost their Confidence: Being physically strong and learning how to maintain good posture is so important for our kids that are spending increasing time at their desks and devices (I get it, I have a 13 year old!) Pilates can empower them and help them develop more confidence in themselves.

  • Improve their sports or dance performance: Spatial awareness and fewer injuries are some of the benefits they’ll learn from doing Pilates

  • Have Fun: Our classes are fun and engaging and specially designed for teenagers.
